The following contains a few of the highlights of my life while connecting with spirit, so far. This document, like my life, is a work in progress.
Who am I really? Well, that is what I have been working on finding out. Born at the end of World War II and raised in New Mexico, I studied electrical engineering in Southern California and then spent four years in the U.S. Air Force, mostly on the island of Okinawa. That was before it was part of Japan and during the transition.
It was on Okinawa that I met a man who introduced me to ideas that were a little out of the ordinary. He called himself Chuck. Chuck planted a seed in me that continues to grow, even today.
After my stint in the Air Force I returned to Southern California and started working in the aerospace industry. It was at that time that I was introduced to The Seth Material by Jane Roberts and to books written by Carlos Casteneda and others. My mind took off for I had found some validation of the personal experiences I was having. Other books came along such as Robert Monroe's Journeys Out of the Body and it was while reading it that I started having regular OBEs.
I also started having spontaneous visions where I would suddenly find myself in some other reality that was nothing like the one I had just left, and just as suddenly I would return. These often happened while I was meditating. Even though they sometimes lasted only seconds, the information that was packaged with them was quite detailed.
I then met a teacher named Rosalyn Bruyere, healer extraordinare. Rosalyn taught me about auras, chakras and the energy of the body as well as the symbology associated with the body and illness. And, she taught me how to heal. That was in the late 1970s.
Along with Rosalyn and others I took my first trip to Egypt. It was there that I was blasted with memories of having been there before and a rather intense experience in the Kings Chamber of the Great Pyramid. While laying in the sarcophagus I received directions telepathically to "sound it out" and so I did. In doing so I received a most incredible acoustic body massage as well as blowing out every chakra in my body. That was in October 1978.
Immediately upon my return from Egypt I had a death experience. I had built a Tesla coil in my living room just before leaving on the trip. Normally I am very careful with high voltage but due to the upcoming trip to Egypt I took some shortcuts in order to save time, for I wanted to get the coil activated before I left. I ran the high voltage wires along the floor in front of the couch which was near the middle of the room and away from the wall. It was a low couch and I could simply climb over its back in order to sit or lie on it.
The night I returned from my Egypt trip I turned on the coil to create a little ozone in the room. I laid down on the couch and soon fell asleep. Unfortunately, I forgot where I was (jet lag and all) and rolled off the couch onto the floor, landing on the high voltage wires of the operating Tesla coil, one wire between my shoulder blades and the other at the base of my scull.
Out into the universe I went, at blinding speed. It was there that I met the Wall of Lights, where it felt like I was being reprogramed and then suddenly returned to my couch, sitting up and calm as could be. That was October 31st, 1978, Halloween.
I knew that I had died that night but for some reason I was still alive and somehow different. I decided to put the experience aside for later contemplation. Now, more than 25 years later, I have a better understanding of what happened; for since that night I have had almost continuous contact with spirit beings who I call angels, that guide and direct me.
At first I just ignored their messages. Then I started to listen to and have dialog with these spirit beings. They have taught me about concepts that are beyond my Earthly learnings and they have helped me immensely in my daily wonderings. They have shown me that the universe is truly holographic and that we create our own reality by projecting our thoughts and emotions onto a three dimensional holographic screen. We then interact with that projection by using our senses. From this interaction we find ourselves creating more thoughts and emotions that are subsequently projected as well, and the cycle continues.
I became aware that we live in a bubble of perception and everyone in it is an aspect of our selves, projected from within our multilayered and multidimensional being. They have taught me that many of these other aspects of myself appear in my reality when I need to learn something about myself. The sooner I learn what it is that they have to teach me the sooner I can move on to the next experience. Ultimately, I am in control of the pace of these learning progressions. As one might suspect, I have asked for an accelerated schedule.
I have also been taught about knowledge and what it is. I have learned that it has little to do with the gathering of more information for that is not what we need. What we need in order to be a person of knowledge is not more information, but better interpretation.
Through the process of recapitulation, I have been able to see that I have not always been the best that I could be. From this I have had to admit and then forgive myself of my past transgressions. More importantly, I have had to apologize to the persons I have hurt in these lapses of consciousness and ask for their forgiveness. This has been a most healing process.
Most recently, I have been shown the illusion of individuality, the idea of us somehow being separate from the rest of our reality. I have seen that we are truly connected to everything and everyone else, and as I became aware of this, my world view changed.
I have been shown that there are two kinds of light, that which shines directly from the source, and that which arrives by way of reflection from the walls of the tunnel of light. Both are from the same source; its just that one is illuminating our own reality, the inside of our bubble of perception, and the other is pure spirit.
Most of all they have taught me, through their emissaries, to open my heart and to love.

I have also been learning such things as Remote Viewing, taught to me by Major Ed Dames and others. I teach a class in RV every few months and it has been well received. Another teacher of mine, Larry Kessler, has taught me a very powerful technique that allows me to connect with spirit energy at any time. He has also taught me how to do a Shamanic journey.
One thing that I have learned from doing Remote Viewing is that time is yet another one of those concepts that we view in an illusionary way. Since, by using Remote Viewing protocols, we can move backwards or forwards in time in order to gleam information,s it occurred to me that if one were able to communicate telepathically with someone else then the best person to do that with would be one's self, that is one's past or future self. That being the case, I then attempted to establish communication with my future self in order to improve upon the current decisions I was making by getting advice from a self who already knew the outcome.
I soon discovered that the key to receiving information from the future self was that the future self needed to communicate with the past self and send back advice. So, I decided to start communicating with my past self, by going back to the moment a decision was made and telepathically giving advice from a now more informed position in time. Once I started doing that, I then began receiving advice from my future self; for I realized that we are all the future self of our past and the past self of our future. This process has turned out to be one of the most rewarding life changing exercises that I have attempted.

I continue to do healings for those who request it. A couple of years ago a woman, whom I didn't know, called me and requested a healing for her son who had leukemia. I told her that I didn't need to see him, for I could do the healing remotely. The words just came out of my mouth as I listened to them. I had never done a remote healing before but when I attempted the connection I found that I could connect with the person much like when I'm physically touching them. It was later reported back that the healing was felt and effective.
Also, while doing energy work with a friend I discovered a type of energy that was much stronger than any I had previously experienced. I later learned that the technique I was using is practiced in a discipline known as Tantra. Apparently I tuned into, or remembered, the knowledge of how to do that.

After listening to a radio interview with a woman who talks with Elves on her farm, I decided to try and communicate with the Elves at a place I often go for personal grow. I found that not only did they exist at that location, I was able to dialog with them, learn their names and to discuss with at least one of them the condition of some of the plants growing in the area. The Elves also told me a little about themselves and their opinion about what humans are doing to our mutual environment. I plan on continuing the dialogue.

I also have regular contact with some very high energy beings in human form and we often meet in the high desert. They have helped me to face my fears and learn a lot about who I am. For some reason just spending time with them causes old suppressed fears and emotional issues to surface. I am then presented with the opportunity to work through my stuff. From this I have had to learn to breath, for this is the method of working through my fear when my comfort zone is pushed to the limit. More importantly I have had to learn to be in the now, to remain in the present; for that is where I must be in order to accumulate and store the energy necessary to handle intense situations. I have also learned that remaining in integrity is what helps guide me through this process of release and surrender.
As time marches on and spirit brings me ever closer to being one with it, I find that others around me are also going through their changes. Many have been on their respective paths for some time and we recognize each other as beings about to sprout wings. Some find themselves drawn to me, and I to them, for the purpose of our mutual growth.
When I get together with these motivated individuals I find that we change at a faster rate than before we came into contact. Sometimes these changes involve pushing comfort zones, often to their limits. Some, however, who are not quite ready to make the changes required for rapid growth, find it too intense and they choose to run. When I recently had to make that choice, due to the intensity of the situation, my spirit teachers reminded me that some opportunities come only once in a lifetime, if that. I then chose to stay and work through the issue, to face the fear. I also have been told by at least one of these individuals that being around me for any length of time is like getting a mind massage and it seemed to fit the process taking place at the time.
At this point I want to make one thing very clear; while making the following statement it implies that I know a Truth but, as with all of the above, it is only my truth for the time being and it continues to change as I grow. Having said that, I can now say with some certainty that our world is not what it has appeared to be nor how we have been told it is. Our world changes as we learn to interpret it in a different way, for there is no external reality. We must remember that we are not human beings becoming more spiritual. We are truly spiritual beings currently focused on being human. Some of us are experiencing great changes taking place in our lives at this time as the excess of mind is stilled and we awaken.
